Bildirirken şunları ekleyin

  • Ne yapıyordunuz: Yapay Zekaya karşı oyun (oyun türü, seviye) ya da çevrim içi oda (kaç kişi).
  • Ne oldu: kart oynanamadı mı, Yapay Zeka cevap vermedi mi, puan yanlış mı yazıldı, oda kodu çalışmadı mı?
  • Tarayıcı (Chrome, Edge veya Firefox) ve eklenti sürümü: panelin en altındaki satırda yazar (örneğin Sürüm 0.26.3).

Hemen deneyebilecekleriniz

  • Arkadaşınız odaya giremiyorsa: kodun 6 harf olduğunu ve odayı kuranın panelinin açık olduğunu kontrol edin. Oyun başlamışsa yeni oyuncu giremez; bekleme odası 30 dakika sonra silinir, "Oda kur" ile yeni kod alın.
  • Eşli batakta yanlış takıma girildiyse: odayı kuran, o kişinin adına dokunup öbür takıma geçirir. Oyunu odayı kuran "Oyunu başlat" ile başlatır.
  • Bağlantınız koptuysa: 60 saniye içinde yerinize Yapay Zeka oynar; panel yeniden bağlanınca koltuğunuzu geri alırsınız.
  • Ses istemiyorsanız: Ayarlar → Ses'ten kapatın.

How to report a problem

Something not working, a strange hand or a suggestion? Please include:

  • What you were doing: a game against the computer (game type, level) or an online room (how many people).
  • What happened: a card could not be played, the computer did not answer, the score looked wrong, the room code did not work?
  • Your browser (Chrome, Edge or Firefox) and the extension version, shown at the bottom of the panel (for example Sürüm 0.26.3).

Quick fixes

  • A friend cannot join: check that the code has 6 letters and that the panel of the room's creator is open. Nobody can join once the game has started; a waiting room is deleted after 30 minutes, create a new code with "Oda kur" (create a room).
  • Someone took the wrong team in a partner game: the room's creator taps that name to move them to the other team, then starts the game with "Oyunu başlat".
  • Lost the connection: after 60 seconds the computer plays for you; when the panel reconnects you get your seat back.
  • No sound wanted: switch it off in Ayarlar → Ses (Settings → Sound).
