Bildirirken şunları ekleyin

  • Ne yapıyordunuz: bilgisayara karşı oyun (seviye), çevrim içi oyun, aynı ekran ya da bulmaca.
  • Ne oldu: hamle yapılamadı mı, bilgisayar cevap vermedi mi, kod çalışmadı mı?
  • Tarayıcı (Chrome, Edge veya Firefox) ve eklenti sürümü: panelin en altındaki satırda yazar (örneğin Sürüm 1.0.0).
  • Mümkünse oyunun PGN'si: oyun bitince "PGN kopyala" düğmesiyle.

Hemen deneyebilecekleriniz

  • Arkadaşınız koda giremiyorsa: kodun 6 harf olduğunu ve oyunu kuranın panelinin açık olduğunu kontrol edin. Kod, iki oyuncu da ayrıldıktan 30 dakika sonra geçersiz olur; yeni kod oluşturun.
  • Bulmaca hatırlatması (simgedeki sayı) istemiyorsanız: Ayarlar → Bildirimler'den günlük, haftalık ve aylık hatırlatmayı ayrı ayrı kapatın.
  • Hamle önerisi (💡) ve antrenör (🎓) yalnız bilgisayara karşı oyunda görünür; çevrim içi oyunda bilerek kapalıdır.
  • Dil yanlışsa: Ayarlar → Dil'den "Otomatik" ya da istediğiniz dili seçin.

How to report a problem

Something not working, a strange move or a suggestion? Please include:

  • What you were doing: a game against the computer (level), an online game, the same-screen mode or a puzzle.
  • What happened: a move could not be made, the computer did not answer, the code did not work?
  • Your browser (Chrome, Edge or Firefox) and the extension version, shown at the bottom of the panel (for example Version 1.0.0).
  • If possible the game's PGN: use "Copy PGN" when the game is over.

Quick fixes

  • Your friend cannot join: check that the code has 6 letters and that the panel of the player who set up the game is open. A code expires 30 minutes after both players have left; create a new one.
  • No puzzle reminders wanted (the number on the icon): switch the daily, weekly and monthly reminders off one by one in Settings → Notifications.
  • Move suggestions (💡) and the coach (🎓) only appear against the computer; they are off in online games on purpose.
  • Wrong language: pick "Automatic" or your language in Settings → Language.
